The action of automatically responding to SMS or WhatsApp messages from customers will help you automate customer care activities. Accordingly, every time a customer sends you an SMS or WhatsApp message, if the message content contains related keywords, there will be an SMS or WhatsApp message in response to the customer.
To create an action to respond to a customer's SMS or WhatsApp message, you follow the order as shown in Illustration 2 below.

- Match Type (5): You need choose value that's suitable with response conditions to customer messages which is typing in Trigger (7).
- Mobile Device (6): You choose your mobile that's used to reply to your customer.
- Sim Slot (7): You choose your SIM Slot that's used to reply to your customer.
- Reply Message (8): You input your auto reply message here. You can use Spintax synax for it.
